Description

How do we improve the socio-economic conditions of inner cities in North America? How are we to deal with a combination of sky-rocketing murder rates and vitriolic dialogue between those with opposing views?

What is race?

“In short, although very few anthropologists still stick to the biological roots of race, race does not seem to be a biological reality reflecting history, but an artificial construct based on superficial similarities and offering no objective, discrete boundaries.” ~ Ismael Hernandez

These questions and many more are offered at the Acton Institute’s “Toward a Free & Virtuous Society” Conference being held November 30 – December 2, 2017 in Miami.

Our executive director, Ismael Hernandez will be presenting during this conference.  For more information visit www.acton.org.
